KeyBank finances wind power facility in Idaho

Jones Day advised KeyBank National Association in connection with the $29.2 million project financing provided to Idaho Winds LLC, a subsidiary of PowerWorks LLC, for the operation of a wind power facility with a total generating capacity of 22 MW located in Elmore County, Idaho. The Idaho Power Company entered into a 20-year power purchase agreement with Idaho Winds LLC in connection with this project. The KeyBank loans are secured by substantially all the real and personal assets of and equity interests in Idaho Winds LLC.
