Jones Day advised long-standing client J.F. Lehman & Company, a leading mid-market private equity firm focused on the defense, aerospace, and maritime sectors, in connection with the acquisition and related financing of National Response Corporation, a provider of U.S. Oil Pollution Act of 1990 regulatory compliance and emergency responses, and its affiliated businesses NRC Environmental Services, SEACOR Response and SEACOR Environmental Products, from SEACOR Holdings Inc. The acquisition financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility, including term loans, revolving loans, and letters of credit.
