Jones Day advised Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in connection with its participation in the $490 million financing round by IHS Holding Ltd., Africa's largest independent telecommunications infrastructure company by number of towers managed. New co-investors included IFC Global Infrastructure Fund (GIF) and African Infrastructure Investment Managers.
