Jones Day represented Rockwood Capital Real Estate Partners, L.P., in its joint venture with Second Development Services to acquire a development site located at 88 Schermerhorn Street in Brooklyn, New York, together with additional development rights, for the development of a 27-unit luxury condominium tower.
