Jones Day advised the Cortec Group in connection with the acquisition and related financing of IBA Holdings, LLC, d/b/a Vidaris and LPI, a consulting and inspection company that provides architecture and engineering services for new construction and existing buildings in the United States and internationally, from Keystone Capital IX, LLC.
