Paperlinx sells off its business and assets
Client(s) Matthew David Smith and Neville Barry Kahn of Deloitte LLP as Joint Administrators
Jones Day is advising Matthew Smith and Neville Kahn of Deloitte LLP in their capacity as joint administrators of various UK Paperlinx companies. At the time of the joint administrators' appointment, lenders to the Paperlinx group were owed in the region of £61 million, pursuant to various receivables financing arrangements. In addition to advising the joint administrators on their day-to-day duties regarding the administration of Paperlinx, Jones Day also advised on the disposal of the UK entities' business and assets. While the majority of the UK Paperlinx business and assets have been sold, Jones Day continues to provide the joint administrators on retention of title claims, pensions and the group's invoice discounting facilities.
