Acciona Energy completes financing for San Roman Wind Farm

Client(s) Acciona, S.A.

Jones Day advised Acciona, S.A. ("Acciona") on a wind energy swap and related intercreditor matters with Bank of America Merrill Lynch for the 93 MW San Roman Wind Farm which is currently being installed in Texas. Acciona will own and operate the San Roman project when it enters service, which is expected to happen by the end of 2016.
