Client(s) Abercrombie & Fitch Co.

Jones Day client Abercrombie & Fitch Co. resolved a purported class action of all Ohio citizens who received certain promotional gift cards that expired. Plaintiffs asserted breach of contract and consumer fraud claims and sought punitive damages. The entire case was successfully dismissed on motion to the court.
