Dignity Health and Phoenix Children's Hospital collaborate on five-story medical tower

Jones Day represented Dignity Health in connection with the development of a joint operating agreement with Phoenix Children’s Hospital, a collaboration that brings a new five-story medical women’s and children’s services tower to Dignity Health’s Mercy Gilbert Medical Center campus in Gilbert, Arizona. Once completed, Phoenix Children’s Hospital will operate a 60-bed Level 3 NICU, along with 50 pediatric beds, a pediatric emergency department and operating rooms within the new women’s and children’s tower, while Dignity Health’s Mercy Gilbert Medical Center will operate 24 labor and delivery rooms and 48 postpartum beds within the new tower.
