Jones Day advised Hunnewell Partners, in connection with its formation of Cement Invest B.V., a joint venture with the Georgian Co-Investment Fund, and Cement Invest’s acquisition from HeidelbergCement Central Europe East Holding B.V. of 50 percent of the voting interests in its Georgian business.
