Client(s) Athyrium Capital Management, LP

Jones Day advised Athyrium Capital Management, LP in connection with the partial issuance of the second tranche of its bond issue. This transaction is part of the bond issue underwritten by Athyrium Opportunities III Acquisition LP, a fund managed by Athyrium Capital Management, LP for a maximum total amount of €35 million, of which €25 million has already been issued.
