Banco Santander and Banco Inbursa provide credit facility to Abent 3T for refinancing of 220 MW cogeneration plant in Tabasco, Mexico

Jones Day advised Banco Santander in Spain and Mexico and Banco Inbursa as mandated lead arrangers in the execution of a credit facility in Mexican pesos equivalent to US$381 million granted to Abent 3T, S.A.P.I. de C.V. for the refinancing of a 220 MW cogeneration plant located in the state of Tabasco, Mexico.
