Jones Day advised a syndicate of international and Brazilian investment banks in an international offering of $500 million of 6.625% Senior Notes due 2029 by a subsidiary of Marfrig Global Foods S.A., one of Brazil's largest food processing companies, and concurrent tender offers by Marfrig for two series of its outstanding debt securities.
