Jones Day successfully represented a former executive who was criminally and civilly targeted in a parallel investigation conducted by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland, the Department of Justice Civil Frauds Section, and the Department of Justice Consumer Protection Branch. The matter initially arose from a qui tam action filed by another former employee of the medical device manufacturer.
