Group of nursing and residential care homes completes corporate and debt restructuring

Client(s) Nursing and residential care home provider

Jones Day advised a group of UK nursing and residential care homes (the "Group") in relation to a corporate and debt restructuring of the Group and the sale of its operating companies and care homes. Following completion of the sales, Jones Day advised the boards of directors of the remaining Group companies on their managed wind down and now act for joint Liquidators / Administrators of the Group.
