Sunrise Medical defends against patent infringement claims involving power wheelchair suspension technology

Jones Day is representing Sunrise Medical (US) LLC in a patent infringement suit brought by Invacare Corporation in the U.S. District Court in Delaware. Invacare is asserting seven patents relating to power wheelchair suspension technology. Sunrise has countered that the patents are not infringed, are invalid, and/or are unenforceable.
