Maven Clinic receives historic Series D investment funding

Jones Day advised Maven Clinic as health regulatory counsel in its $110 million Series D investment round, co-led by Dragoneer Investment Group and Lux Capital. Through the new funding, Maven Clinic stated publicly that the company is now valued at more than $1 billion, making it the only U.S. "unicorn" in the women's and family health sector.
