Jones Day advised Arrowhead Engineered Products, Inc. ("AEP") in the acquisition of Custom Golf Car Supply, a golf cart accessory supplier. Upon closing of the transaction, Custom Golf Car Supply became a wholly-owned subsidiary of AEP.
