Jones Day advised LarraínVial in its 33% acquisition in the holding companies of Black Salmon, a Miami-based, national commercial real estate investment firm and TSG Holding Company, a South Florida diversified real estate development and investment company. The ownership interest in Black Salmon and TSG marks LarraínVial's entry into the U.S. real estate market and further demonstrates the domestic investment demands from foreign funds in Latin America and Europe.
