Jones Day advised SevenVentures, the investment arm of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, in its investment in Grover, the leading consumer-tech subscription platform. SevenVentures invest as part of Grover’s Series C financing round in which the Berlin-based start-up reaches a billion-dollar valuation. Grover is thus one of only few unicorns in Germany.
