Rabobank provides €100 million term loan to Tereos Participations

Jones Day advised Rabobank, Paris Branch on a €100 million term loan provided to Tereos Participations (and further amendments). The loan refinances financial indebtedness of the borrower arising from ORA bonds and an existing revolving facility. It includes complex financial covenants in the event of certain liquidity events.
