Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and financing by portfolio company Clinical Education Alliance (CEA) of Agence L.I.V. Inc. ("LIV"), a business of developing and supporting medical education initiatives, creating medical education content, and supporting logistical organization of scientific meetings and exchanges related to the environment of medical education.
