Jones Day advised ASX-listed Intelligent Monitoring Group Ltd on its A$45 million acquisition of the ADT security monitoring business in Australia and New Zealand (through the acquisition of Tyco Australia Group Pty Ltd) and the associated A$80 million acquisition finance facility and A$17 million equity raising undertaken by accelerated entitlement offer and a top-up placement.
