Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented H-D Advanced Manufacturing Company in connection with its sale of Engineered Solutions Group (a.k.a. Innovative Mechanical Solutions or iMECH) to The Timken Company. iMECH manufactures proprietary thrust and radial bearings, primarily serving the oil and gas industry, anti-wear coatings through its proprietary "intellifuse" coating technology, and machining of components for downhole tools.
