The Flemish Community issues €1 billion Notes

Jones Day assisted the Flemish Community, a federated entity of the Kingdom of Belgium, in connection with the issuance of €1 billion 3.125% Fixed Rate Notes due 22 June 2034 under the €40 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing €1.25 billion 3.125% Fixed Rate Notes due 22 June 2034 issued on 27 March 2024). The Notes are listed on Euronext Brussels as of 27 November 2024.
