Goldman Sachs forms new student housing joint venture with Generation Partners for £110 million

Client(s) Goldman Sachs & Co

Jones Day advised Goldman Sachs on the £110 million acquisition from AIG of two student accommodation properties in Bournemouth and Cardiff, with a total of 907 student beds. Jones Day also acted on the joint venture and management arrangements between Goldman, Generation Partners and Now Student Living Limited, who will operate and manage the properties on behalf of the venture.
