Most recently, Max advised Macquarie on its acquisition of 50% of Enel Green Power Hellas, which operates a total of 482MW of installed capacity powered by wind, solar, and hydro as well as six solar projects under construction for an overall capacity of 84MW for an enterprise value of c.€980 million.
Max also recently advised Eni on its acquisition of Chevron's assets in Indonesia, allowing Eni to fast track the development of the Indonesia Deepwater Development (IDD) project in the East Kalimantan Area and allowing Eni to continue with its energy transition strategy to increase the share of natural gas production to 60% by 2030.
Other recent transactions include advising Stellex (a private equity firm that invests in North America and Europe with over $2.6bn AUM) on its buyout of David Brown Santasalo Group (a global business delivering engineered industrial gear systems and services, manufactured for critical industrial applications for industries including mining & materials, fibre & paper, power generation, cement, oil & gas, defense, and many more) and advising FLEETCOR Technologies on its acquisition of at-home EV charging software company, Mina.
Max has also advised Sun Communities on its £186 million acquisition of Park Leisure 2000 Ltd. from Midlothian Capital Partners, Greystar on its acquisition of five high-quality UK assets for £388 million, and MassMutual's investment in Low Carbon Energy Holdings in order to accelerate its transition to renewable energy.
