Emily DelColle represents companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation, focusing on criminal investigations and white collar matters. She has experience defending clients in government and criminal investigations involving allegations of fraud, corruption, and other wrongdoing. She also represents clients in complex civil commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
Emily has experience in various aspects of pretrial and trial preparation, including case assessment, initial fact development and investigation, discovery and document management, preparing for witness interviews, research of novel and complex legal issues, drafting motions, and preparing witnesses for trial.
Emily maintains an active pro bono practice where she focuses her efforts on the Firm's Constitutional Policing and Civil Justice Reform Initiative.
