Olga Goncharska focuses on the structuring and documentation of securities financing transactions and derivative transactions across a wide range of asset classes acting for buy-side and sell-side clients, including banks, investment managers, funds, and corporates.
In addition to transactional work, Olga has vast experience in financial services regulatory matters. She advises investment banks, trading platforms, clearing houses, governments, and multilateral development banks on various legal and regulatory risk management matters. Olga's focus areas include licensing requirements, distribution of financial products, asset management, internal controls and governance, and prudential requirements, including regulatory capital matters.
Olga has extensive experience in leading strategic regulatory remediation projects as well.
