Justin Harris focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and arbitrations. He has experience defending clients in a variety of matters, including chapter 11 bankruptcies, SEC investigations, and disputes over pharmaceutical, financial, software, and real estate contracts.
Justin is deeply committed to pro bono service. He has represented clients in a civil rights lawsuit, deportation proceedings, and in petitions for asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile status, and child and spousal support.
Prior to joining the Firm, Justin was the pro bono coordinator for an international law firm. He also served as an investigator intern with the Legal Aid Society's Criminal Defense Practice and as an intern with the Catholic Charities Unaccompanied Minors Program, which represents immigrant children in deportation proceedings.
