Stefanie Jaschhof verfügt über 25 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich grenzüberschreitender und nationaler M&A- , Venture Capital- und Private Equity-Transaktionen.

Neben der transaktionsbezogenen sowie der laufenden Beratung von Mandanten in den Bereichen Gesellschafts- und Handelsrecht bilden das IT- und Datenschutzrecht weitere Schwerpunkte der Tätigkeit von Frau Jaschhof. Sie hat fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich innovativer Technologien und ist Mitglied der internationalen Jones Day Blockchain Initiative. Im Zusammenhang mit ihrer Tätigkeit für salesforce.com hat Stefanie Jaschhof tiefe Einblicke in die rechtlichen Herausforderungen im Bereich Cloud Computing gewonnen. Aufgrund mehrerer Arbeitsaufenthalte in Japan verfügt Frau Jaschhof auch über Erfahrung im Hinblick auf japanische Mandanten. Kürzlich hat sie einen japanischen Mobilfunkanbieter im Rahmen eines IT-Outsourcingprojekts beraten, sowie einen US-Mandanten im Hinblick auf das HR Outsourcing der europäischen Tochtergesellschaften.

Bevor Stefanie Jaschhof im Jahr 2006 zu Jones Day kam, war sie Gründungspartnerin einer Sozietät mit Büros in München, Düsseldorf und Tokio. Davor war sie als Partnerin einer international agierenden deutschen Kanzlei sowie als Rechtsanwältin bei PwC tätig.
