Dan Loesing represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder lawsuits, and multidistrict litigation.
Dan has assisted clients in many stages of litigation, from discovery disputes to dispositive motions to an appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court. With an emphasis on brief writing, his experience spans substantive areas, such as state contract law, bankruptcy appellate issues, Delaware corporate law, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
Dan maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in a First Amendment free exercise matter and a client seeking a writ of certiorari from the United States Supreme Court. Dan was part of a team that successfully litigated a client's asylum claim through the Firm's Border Project.
