Peggy Lee has extensive experience in complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate governance as well as in capital market transactions and global antitrust matters. She recently served on the team that assisted clients in acquisitions of Taiwan offshore wind farms.
Peggy has represented local and international clients in various industries, including energy, automotive, banking, consumer goods, manufacturing, media, pharmaceutical, real estate, and technology. She has counseled public and private companies on domestic and cross-border M&A, foreign investment, and general corporate matters. She also has experience counseling financial institutions on investment, business scheme, and compliance matters. In addition, Peggy has extensive experience in competition law, including merger, pyramid scheme, and defending clients in global antitrust investigations.
