Pei-Shan Lu (Paige)

Paige Lu is experienced in litigation and nonlitigation matters, with a focus on general dispute resolution, white collar crime investigations, and corporate governance and compliance. She has advised and represented prominent domestic and international corporations, including publicly traded companies.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Paige practiced at leading law firms in Taipei, where she gained extensive litigation experience. Her representative matters include challenges to shareholder meeting resolutions, financial investment disputes, large-scale construction performance disputes, and litigation involving fraud and breach of trust. She has handled major criminal cases as well under the Anti-Corruption Act, Banking Act, and Securities and Exchange Act and has successfully obtained nonprosecution decisions for clients.

Paige also has experience in cross-border disputes. She has provided local compliance services to globally renowned social media platforms, an automotive group, and a semiconductor company and has represented foreign corporations in civil and administrative litigation in Taiwan, achieving favorable outcomes.

In addition, Paige has experience in family governance and in estate and business succession planning and is certified as a Family Trust Planning Consultant.
