Taylor Lodise represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts, including breach of contract, tort law, corporate governance, property, and employment disputes as well as False Claims Act (FCA) fees litigation.
Taylor has experience researching novel legal issues, evaluating claims, preparing briefs and motions for federal district courts, and handling offensive and defensive discovery. She has also assisted clients in the cryptocurrency, consumer goods, and electric vehicle industries with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) audits, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations, and internal investigations.
Taylor maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented indigent clients in administrative social security disability proceedings and federal court appeals. In law school, Taylor dedicated more than 800 hours to social security disability representation in the Rutgers Economic Justice and Public Benefits Clinic.
