Ben Morris practices commercial litigation with a particular focus on complex disputes involving breach of contract, asset tracing, and fraud.

Ben's recent experience includes advising a listed company in relation to a significant fraud and subsequent investigations and asset tracing across more than 30 jurisdictions; assisting a Kazakh bank in tracing assets and pursuing claims against a number of fraudsters across multiple jurisdictions while successfully seeking interim relief in the courts of England and Wales; acting for Project Today in its defense of the high-profile proceedings and search orders brought by Ocado; and assisting on a claim against English solicitors for negligence in allowing a complex fraud to be committed via use of their client account.

Ben also has experience acting on investor-state arbitrations at the ICC International Court in Paris and on a range of construction disputes.
