Isabelle Maury practices banking and finance law, with a particular focus on acquisition financing, structured finance, and debt restructuring. She is also regularly involved in financing transactions for listed and unlisted scale-up companies.

Isabelle regularly works alongside bank debt arrangers on leveraged buyout (LBO) acquisition financing and investment facilities. She also assists growth and scale-up companies in their financing transactions such as venture debt, hybrid bonds, and institutional debt. In addition, she assists debtors in amicable and court-ordered debt restructuring procedures.
