Lena McCrae advises on complex cross-border and domestic real estate and infrastructure transactions, including direct and indirect investments, joint ventures, financings, developments, sale and leasebacks, lettings, and solvent and insolvent restructurings.
Lena has diverse experience acting for global investors, major developers, funders, and corporate occupiers across all real asset classes, including office, logistics, and retail as well as alternative assets such as data centers, PRS/BTR (private rented sector/build-to-rent), student accommodation, and hotels.
Having recently been on a client secondment at a world-leading renewable energy investor, operator, and developer, Lena has a particular interest in the property aspects of the energy transition and continues to advise on numerous energy and infrastructure transactions.
