Molly McGreavy concentrates her practice on the formation, structuring, and management of investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, and real estate funds. In addition, she represents institutional investors throughout the investment process. Molly also has experience in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

Molly maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration and family law matters.
