Kendall Runyan represents corporate clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience includes defending clients in shareholder derivative actions, corporate governance disputes, and whistleblower litigation concerning the False Claims Act and in all stages of litigation with a focus on discovery and motions practice.

Kendall also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has assisted clients in overturning and pardoning criminal convictions in conjunction with the Georgia Innocence Project and the Georgia Justice Project. She has also represented residential tenants in housing disputes in partnership with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.

She is coauthor of the article "Diminished criminal responsibility: A multinational comparative review" (International Journal of Law and Psychiatry, Volume 91, November-December 2023), which reviews and compares the legal frameworks of diminished criminal responsibility in 18 civil law jurisdictions across the globe.
