Francesco Squerzoni advises banks and direct lenders, as well as borrowers, in investment and development projects in acquisition and real estate financings. He also works for originators, arrangers, and investors in structured finance transactions, including public and private securitizations, domestic and multijurisdictional trade finance, and acquisitions of nonperforming loan (NPL) portfolios. In addition, his experience includes regulatory aspects of lending and investment fund industry, as well as debt restructurings. Francesco teaches a banking and finance course as part of the market and companies law program at the University of Bergamo.
