Jessica Sidi advises Australian and international clients on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in a range of jurisdictions, including the High Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, and state courts. She also has experience in alternative dispute resolution processes.
Jessica's experience includes acting for directors of a significant mining company in relation to alleged breaches of directors' duties and oppression, defending class action proceedings, and acting for global pharmaceutical companies in proceedings brought by the Commonwealth government.
Jessica has experience dealing with various Australian regulators, including ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) and APRA (Australian Prudential Regulation Authority). She has acted for corporations, financial institutions, and individual directors and officers regarding regulatory investigations and prosecutions.
