Joy Wang advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. She counsels clients in a range of industries, including aviation, banking, consumer products, health care, and manufacturing.

While in law school, Joy participated in the Nonprofit Clinic, where she provided pro bono legal services to local nonprofit organizations.

Prior to law school, Joy worked in communications for a nonprofit association management company.
