Procter & Gamble resolves nationwide class actions related to marketing for Crest Sensitivity & Protection Toothpaste

Client(s) Procter & Gamble Company, The

Jones Day represented The Procter & Gamble Company in connection with a number of nationwide class actions alleging consumer fraud related to the marketing and distribution of Crest Sensitivity & Protection Toothpaste. After preliminary discovery, the parties reached a settlement resolving all claims. The United States District Court for New Jersey granted final approval to the settlement on October 3, 2013 and, after the appellate issues were dismissed, the settlement became final on March 21, 2014.
