Jones Day represented a U.S. technology company in an internal investigation of whistleblower allegations that personnel in Asia violated the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by bribing and providing other improper benefits to officials and customers. Jones Day led the investigation, which included a forensic review of vendor payments and employee expenses.
