Asia Capital Real Estate forms joint venture to invest in workforce housing assets in Southeast Asia

Client(s) Asia Capital Real Estate Pte Ltd.

Jones Day represented Asia Capital Real Estate Pte Ltd. in a joint venture with NOON Capital to establish and manage investment vehicles that will invest in workforce housing assets in Southeast Asia; and the fund formation of the joint venture's first private fund to invest in workforce housing assets in Thailand.

The Fund has a mandate to invest in and develop workforce housing projects in Thailand. ACRE is a private real estate investment firm managing discretionary capital for a select number of global institutional investors and prominent family offices.
