Dennis Barsky has extensive experience advising major U.S. and Asia-based corporations and private equity funds in cross-border transactions. Dennis regularly advises U.S.-based clients on corporate transactions throughout Asia, including Singapore, China, India, Indonesia, and Vietnam, as well as Asia-based funds and corporations on their U.S. investments. He also has extensive experience advising fund sponsors and investors in the establishment of private equity and real estate funds.

Over his 25-year career, Dennis has advised a range of major corporations and funds, including American Securities, ARA Asset Management, DBS Bank, General Electric, General Motors, Hudson's Bay Company, Getty Images, Hughes Electronics, Koch Industries, Macquarie Capital, MediaOne Group, The Riverside Company, Six Flags, ST Telemedia, Tata Technologies, Temasek Holdings, Toys "R" Us, and Verint Systems.

From 2007 to 2009, Dennis was a partner and portfolio manager at an event-driven hedge fund based in Singapore, where he played a leading role in structuring and managing the fund. Since relocating to Singapore in 2007, he has been consistently recommended in the Chambers Asia and Legal 500 directories and has been previously listed in New York Super Lawyers for M&A.
