Jones Day advised Corsair Gaming, Inc. in its acquisition of Endor AG’s operating business, including the Fanatec brand and all associated personnel. Endor develops and markets high-quality input devices such as high-end steering wheels and pedals for racing simulations on game consoles and PCs under the Fanatec brand.
