Koree Wooley defends and advises employers in all aspects of complex employment litigation, including class and collective actions, representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), state and federal discrimination, retaliation and harassment matters, and trade secret misappropriation cases. Koree has trial experience before judges and juries.
Koree has devoted a considerable portion of her practice to defending railroads and airlines in litigation and administrative proceedings involving the Railway Labor Act. She is also well versed in traditional labor disputes, including first chairing multiple grievance arbitrations.
In addition to her litigation practice, Koree advises employers regarding hiring practices, terminations, reductions in force, and review of company policies, providing counsel focused on compliance with California's complex web of employment laws. She also advises on employment aspects of business transactions.
Koree is the hiring partner for the Firm's San Diego Office.
