Chris Slack is an experienced private equity lawyer, with a focus on real estate private equity and fund formation. He advises clients on a diverse range of complex cross-border transactions, including establishing funds, separate accounts and joint ventures, as well as fund investments (including primary, secondary, and portfolio investments), co-investments, and structured acquisitions and disposals. His clients include investment managers, private equity funds, family offices, and other financial institutions.

Chris has recently worked with clients such as ARA Asset Management, CBRE Investment Management, Cushman & Wakefield, Delancey, Greystar, Henderson Park, Lazard Asset Management, MassMutual, MARK, Morgan Stanley, Procter & Gamble, and The Townsend Group.

From 2017 to 2022, Chris worked in the Firm's Singapore Office, advising clients such as China Vanke, Gaw Capital Partners, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Macquarie Capital, Procter & Gamble, PTT Exploration and Production, Oxford Properties, PAG, Visy, and UPL Limited on a wide array of private equity and M&A transactions.

Chris has also served a secondment at Goldman Sachs, where he advised their European Real Estate Principal Investment Area and Infrastructure Investment Group on real estate private equity and infrastructure transactions.
